It’s important that you watch the video below … it will tell you how this program will work and what it’s all about.
How This Will Work
To summarize, the program will consist of:
- 11 Practices, that you’ll practice for 4 days each.
- It’ll take you 5-10 minutes per day.
- It’ll last 44 days (11 Practices, 4 days each).
- At the end of each Practice, you’ll fill out a feedback form to let me know how it’s going. This is essential!
So 5-10 minutes a day, 4 days per practice, 44 days altogether (once you start practicing, which will be in a few days).
