You’ve done some amazing training so far, and I believe you have the foundations now to work with uncertainty.
Uncertainty is present at almost every moment of our lives, and can create a lot of discomfort, stress, anxiety, frustration and anger. We don’t like uncertainty, and we run from it. It causes so many problems in our lives.
The answer is to train in uncertainty. Don’t run from it, but embrace it. Become comfortable with it. Get to know it, like a good friend, and welcome it.
