Massive GTD Resource List
Every Monday is Productivity & Organization Day at Zen Habits.
My tribute to all the GTD junkies out there (a group that includes me) — a massive list of GTD stuff. It’s far from comprehensive, but who can be comprehensive on a topic this huge?
Got other stuff to add in the list? Let us know in the comments.

Hi Léon,
You missed Steve Pavlina’s blog. Did you do that by accident or am I missing the point here :)

Am I the only person on the planet using Hiveminder? People always forget to mention it when covering GTD software. I tried vitalist & RTM and I’m sticking with HM

Thanks for the input, guys!
@Patrick: I didn’t include Steve Pavlina because I don’t consider him a GTD blog. I’ve been reading his blog for almost 2 years and have never seen an article on GTD. I went to check just now and while he has a GTD tag, none of the 34 articles with the GTD tag actually discuss GTD.

Hi Leo, thanks for the links. Awesome list by the way. I hope you don’t mind me using some of this information to update the GTD Index? ;)
Leo Says:

Glad you guys like the list!
@gtdfrk: Sure, feel free to use whatever you like from this list. It’s a free resource to everyone in the GTD community. Also, your list was invaluable to me in helping me fill in some of the gaps in my research, so if I can return the favor, I’d be very happy!

Awesome, thanks for the mention! We’re releasing a huge update to Jotlet in two weeks that will make it an even better GTD app.
Very nice list, even people who make GTD apps need GTD apps! =)

I know some of you will like this little tool as well:

You’re welcome to use it and propose improvements!

you have to add this to your list - ive been using it since it was voted best in category at the under the radar conference and covered by webware - great product, although it could be a little bit prettier.

Thanks also for those who gave me good stuff to add to the list. It will be done soon (after I go exercise).

Hey Leo,
What a comprehensive list you’ve got here!
I’d be honored if you included my popular GTD Mastery 100 checklist. David Allen thought it was pretty good when I asked him about “GTD metrics” at a recent Roadmap seminar. He’s a really cool dude!
Have a great day!

I highly recommend the Circa system from Levenger. It’s sold as Rollabind elsewhere, for not as nice (but also much less money). Combined with a Circa/Rolla punch, it allows a GTD adept to file loose paper of all kinds in changeable order within a sturdy, attractive binding. Owners raved about these, so I bought one despite its high price. It’d be a bargain if I’d paid twice as much. Probably the best GTD thing I ever did, after buying Allen’s book of course.

Our article: http://www.the-happy-manager.com/david-allen-time-management.html is proving very popular. It also ends with a 7 minute video summary of David Allen’s approach, which is worth watching if you’ve not seen it before.
